Who We Are
We take great pride in being the very first institution in the country to focus solely on providing comprehensive basketball coaching education tailored to the unique needs of teenage students with ambitions of pursuing careers as basketball coaches. Our youth coaching program stands apart as the sole establishment with a complete staff specifically equipped to offer targeted support for the training and growth of youth basketball coaches.

We not only provide excellent training in basketball coaching education to prepare our students for taking the whistle, but we are also connected with over 320 colleges and universities across the country, as well as all private school organizations in all 50 states. These connections place our graduates in front of employers who can offer them valuable job opportunities. Furthermore, our graduates are able to secure jobs while attending college, regardless of their majors. Our youth coaching program has successfully created a pathway for our students to thrive over the last 15 years, including those interested in teen basketball coaching.

How information is delivered
Our basketball coaching education program is designed as a cohort-based course, where a group of students, known as a cohort, progresses through the program together. This cohort begins and ends the program at the same time, and all students within the cohort participate in their classes simultaneously, making it an ideal youth coaching program for aspiring coaches in teen basketball coaching.
In classroom training
Our educators employ the latest educational training techniques, especially in basketball coaching education, to actively involve our students in the learning process. Our classrooms are specifically designed to promote active learning and engagement through collaborative group work, which is crucial for teen basketball coaching. It's important to note that laptops are not provided in these specialized learning spaces to encourage interaction and face-to-face communication among the students, enhancing the effectiveness of our youth coaching program.
Out-of-classroom training
Our unique training program for basketball coaching education includes out-of-classroom experiences for our students. Participants in our youth coaching program will attend field trips to professional, college, and high school basketball games. Research shows that this kind of active, experiential learning enhances creativity, problem-solving skills, and a deeper understanding, which helps students become well-rounded coaches in teen basketball coaching.
The school has adopted experiential learning as a cornerstone of its mission to 'Educate the Whole Student' and recognizes the inherent value in teaching within this model. Not every lesson every day employs the entire model, but the quality and depth of learning, not to mention student engagement, is clearly enhanced by the practice.
